If you are always as busy as I am, you will love the ease of this recipe: it’s another “throw it all in the Instant Pot”-recipe and it comes together in just under half an hour! And even though the recipe is so simple, the flavour is deep, rich and extremely rewarding after another long day in the office [or in my case the university library!].
